With my extensive training in psychology, combined with my work experience as an educator and coach, I will help you develop long-term habits and strategies to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle.
In addition to being an RYT-500 yoga instructor, I have a MSc in health psychology from the University of Derby, and am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

Listening is the core foundation of my coaching. This is how I learn more about you, and what we need to focus on in our sessions.

Once we have identified your goals, I will work with you on developing a plan to reach your goal.

I will guide you through a series of self-reflection exercises to explore what may be holding you back from reaching your goals. We will then work on ways to help you overcome those barriers.

We will regularly evaluate and refine the plan so you can maintain your new lifestyle even after the program is completed.
